The role
Arista has significant ambitions to grow their Cybersecurity organisation in the coming years. Due to these ambitions, we are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven experienced Sales Manager to lead our Cybersecurity sales efforts across Canada and the USA. This role requires a good understanding of industrial cybersecurity, Operational Technology networks, and critical infrastructure security.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting and implementing the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, establishing and maintaining our strategic partnerships and expanding market presence within critical infrastructure industries such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Pharma and Transportation.
Key responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth
- Identify, engage, and manage key enterprise customers
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Technical & Market Expertise
- Work closely with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to deliver customized OT cybersecurity solutions
- Stay updated on threats, compliance regulations, and emerging OT security trends
- Educate customers on risk mitigation, security frameworks, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and professional services, to enhance customer experience
- Provide regular sales forecasts, market intelligence, and strategic insights to leadership
Industry & Customer Engagement
- Build strong relationships with C-level, OT Engineers, and cybersecurity teams
- Understand customer pain points and position OT security solutions accordingly
- Propose and implement improvements in customer product portfolio and pricing
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our solutions and establish thought leadership
You have
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales or business development in Cybersecurity, Industrial Automation, or related fields
- Understanding of OT security solutions, industrial protocols and cybersecurity frameworks
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for industrial customers
- Experience in working with End User, OEMs, and government agencies in Canada and the USA
- Proven track record of successfully leading large client engagements
- Excellent consultative selling capabilities
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly communicate• Excellent consultative selling capabilities
- A customer oriented, structured and analytical approach
- Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA (30-50%)
- Existing relationships with OT security decision-makers, industrial automation vendors, and critical infrastructure clients would be preferred
